Membership

 

If you are not a current HSHA member, we highly encourage you to take advantage of joining an organization that is dedicated to serving the speech and hearing needs of Hawai'i and the Pacific Rim. In order to become a HSHA member or renew your HSHA membership you can:

 

1. Click ›››››››››› HSHA Membership Form.

2. Print the HSHA membership form.

3. Fill in the required information.

4. Mail the form to the address indicated on the form.

5. In order to have your information listed in the directory, your application must be postmarked no later than January 1, 2008. A late fee of $25 will be waived for 2008; however, late fees will be enforced in 2009. HSHA directory information will not be shared with any outside organizations.

If interested, speech-language pathologists and audiologists can request copies of the laws and rules pertaining to state licensure: Chapter 468E HRS or Chapter 100 HAR. Send a written request and enclose $1.25 to: Cashier's, P. O. Box 541, Honolulu, HI 96809
