About Us
The Hawaii Speech-Language-Hearing Association is a professional, non-profit organization of speech-language pathologists and audiologists that is nationally recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). We are approved by ASHA’s Continuing Education Board to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology. ASHA CE Provider approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products or clinical procedures. Register for CEUs at each event.
Our Mission
The purpose of the Hawaii Speech-Language-Hearing Association is:
- to promote the individual and collective professional interests of its members
- to promote active pursuit of current knowledge and skills
- to provide a stimulating exchange of information and disceminating such information
- to advocate the rights of persons with communication disorders
